肉本来の深い味わいと濃厚な旨味を誇ります。

神戸ビーフは兵庫県で生産される優れた但馬牛を素牛として平均32カ月程度かけて理想の肉質に近づけた日本が誇る和牛トップブランド。その良質な神戸ビーフを独自の製法で約1/5まで旨味を凝縮しました。
網の目のように走る霜降り、とろけるようなまろやかさが特徴のビーフジャーキーです。

塩は淡路島の海水を鉄釜に薪をくべて約40時間かけて炊き、杉樽で一晩寝かせた天然塩を使用。
